Une 2e visite qui confirme notre première impression. Une carte courte, mais des découvertes assurées. Mariages de textures et de goût qui surprennent, étonnent. Cette exploration se poursuit avec les desserts. Une belle occasion d'être audacieux dans ses choix. Excellents conseils pour les accords vins et mets. On y retourne !
