Three Ring Circus

After trying other places, we ended up buying a sectional set for our basement at Leons. The trouble started early, when the promised delivery took twice as a long as promised. Then, they showed up with the wrong set! Apparently the tag in the showroom was wrong. I had to take an entire afternoon there before they eventually did the right thing that they were legally obligated to do (give us the promised set at the price that was shown).

3-4 days after we got the set, the seam in one of the ottomans split. We figured it was no big deal, seeing as we paid a pile of cash for an enhanced service package. Wrong! They first sent a guy out to visually check it out, which took almost three weeks. He could not fix it and it needed to be replaced. I then had 6 months of calling them continually to get a new ottoman. Managers would not return my calls, the people at the desk kept giving me the same pre-packaged lines that meant nothing. Glad I paid extra for the service stuff. Anyway, it was not until I threatened legal action that I was even able to get a manager to return my calls. And even then, the managers did nothing until I told them I already hired a lawyer. It was replaced 7-8 months after the seam originally split.

Now a seam split on the one they brought as a replacement (it is about two months old). Still no return calls from managers.

Avoid this place like the plague. If you do buy from here, save your money and do not get any of the extra protection packages--they are not worth the hot air the sales people blow at you about them.
