Poor service

When you want to purchase something, they are your best friends, however the sales person sold us a couch WITH the pillows. It was made clear because I loved them. However, when I returned, she turned on her word when it came to filling up the contract. Then all of a sudden, her attitude and tone changed! All she wanted was the sale.... so we cancelled that order and went to another Leon's.
Next time, she should learn. It's not about the pillows, it's about the principal!
