I bought used CRV from leon's. they said that the car has warranty for 1 month. I contacted them, after about 10 days of getting the car, about a problem with the ignition that was there from the start. the car dealer offered to get an electrician from their end to fix the car. and for almost 3 weeks i keep on calling the agency again and again but every time he gives me a different excuse for not getting the electrician to fix the car. one time the electrician is away in a trip, next the electician is at the other end of town, 3rd time he ask me to call next mon. and At the end of the warranty month he tells me that this is not covered with the warranty and the original car owner does not want to pay for the repair and he did not mention any electrician.......
This dealer changed all what he spoke of. why would he promis an electrician to see the car if the warranty does not cover. why would he mention the original owner? what do I have to do with the original owner. I did not deal with the original owner. I bought the car from Leon's with a warranty, so leon is responsible for the repair. this is bad customer service, and tortous way of escaping obligations towards clients who put trust in that dealer.
