This place is horrible! DO NOT GO HERE!

I also bought a package off Living Social and initially I called at least 5 times (no one answered the phone) and left 2 messages before I could make an appointment. When I went it, I had to sit and watch a 20 minute video on their 'pain free' technology WHICH IS NOT PAIN FREE AT ALL! On top of that, she didn't even do the complete area; she did the absolute minimum, which is pretty pointless because I'm going to be to left with an outline of hair in that area anyway! On top of that she tried to get me to buy even more packages, after giving me s@!%!y service and was annoyed when I didn't want to! All she wants is money! This is the best part - if you know anything about laser removal at all, it takes at least 6-8 sessions to completely get rid of the hair - she tried to convince me to come in and do a different spot each time!!! That way I'd activate hair growth in ALL of those areas and ultimately have to buy 5 more packages!!!! This is the worst place ever!!! I have never written a bad review before, but I was so disgusted with the experience and the greed of this place that I don't want people to throw their money away. BTW - I cancelled my 2nd appt (3 months ago, through voicemail because again nobody answered the phone) and nobody has even bothered to call me back and see how I'm doing and when I'd like to make another appt. And really, I'm not surprised; they already have my $99. Oh ya, on top of all that, I was left with a scab - thankfully it didn't turn into a scar.....
