Doesn"t honour warrenty!

Service deparement refused to honour the warrenty. They also refused to let another tech work on the vehcile while the orignal tech was in school for a couple of days, leaving us stranded without a vehicle for a week.... If they had honoured our warrenty, we would be fine, because the warrenty covers a replacement vehicle. All in all, horrible costumer service... and really...."the dealership has decided not to honour the warrenty"? Every other dealership will.! Will never go to them again and wouldn't recomend even my worst enemy to go there!
