Sympathique comme restaurant

In spite of being located in such an out of the way place, just a short distance from the Museum of Civilization, it was very much worth the trip! Visited Le Tartuffe for our wedding anniversary and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was gracious (despite our poor French) and very knowledgable. We didn't feel rushed and really had a chance to savor each course. Menu is expensive and certainly worth it. Will make an excuse to visit Gatineau soon so we can enjoy Le Tartuffe again.

A lovely setting in a house near the Museum of Civilization in Gatineau. Very reasonably priced table d'hote with tasty shrimp and scallops on excellent pasta. Fine soup and dessert too. Really well done, pleasant meal.

Nous avons été très déçu par ce restaurant.Le service était froid et long.Pour la cuisine pire encore.Avez-vous déjà mangé un tataki de thon complètement cuit?La crème brûlé chaude quand ca doit être servi froid et passé vite fait au chalumeux pas au four.Pour 145$ c\'est du vol.

Un très bon petit restaurant avec une très bonne ambiance. Le restaurant est situé dans une vielle petite maison centenaire avec une superbe belle terrasse. Japprécie vraiment beaucoup la cuisine du chef et de son inspiration et utilisation des produits locaux et régionaux. Un restaurant à valeur sur avec un bon service et une bonne carte des vins, surtout en demi-bouteille.
