Limited selection, poor service, rude staff.

All of the people who were in the store left without buying anything because the store owner was being so blunt and harsh to anyone who touched the flowers or asked questions. At one point e literally snatched flowers out of someone's hands and told them to leave because they had "taken too long to decide" on what they wanted... kind of like the soup nazi from Seinfeld! "NO FLOWERS FOR YOU!"
