the King Eddy is vintage - great rooms - love the second floor view down to the lobby - excellent restaurant
Managed by Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Toronto's "King Eddy" Hotel continues to be a landmark property for special occasions and a nod to the more genteel grand hotels of the past. Rude staff, acted like it was an inconvenience to check us in / out.
Didn't help with luggage.
Air conditioner was loud in room.
We were woken up by a screaming baby, thin walls.
Beautifully decorated hotel, but old and unkempt.
My stay was awesome. The professionalism of the staff is outstanding.
The amenities, hallways, carpets are being left to neglect.
This is being covered by the condescending and arrogant staff.
