L'idée du nom 'Le Café du Bistrot' à été le résultat, tout comme un bordeaux, d'un assemblage.
Avant l'ère du Café du Bistrot, existait un petit resto connu sous le nom du 'Café Valençay'. Son histoire fut pour moi une source d'inspiration. C'est la raison pour laquelle J,ai décidé de conserver le mot café pour mon restaurant.
Le Café du Bistrot signifie pour moi, le café du marchand de vin, car 'Bistrot' écrit avec un 'T' peut signifier marchand de vin. De plus, le nom 'bistro' était important pour moi, car il est l'héritage de ma ancienne association de mon premier restaurant.
C'est pourquoi dan le menu vous verrez souvent apparaître les mots bistrot et marchand.
