Rude and Racist

I don't know why this shop got such a good rating online.
My experience is totally different.

I am from Michigan and travel to Canada many times. I always have good feeling about Canada.

A deer hit the front left of my car on 417 W from Montreal to Ottawa. I need a temporary fix for my car, because I have to drive back Michigan. I only need to pull the car body out around the front left tire to fix the turn right problem. I have no problem to drive straight.

The next morning in Ottawa, I checked the internet and they have a good rating about this shop. I pulled my into this shop. The older guy estimated for $100 to fix the problem. I said it seems like it's a simple job. I said I am willing to spent $80 to fix the problem. He asked me to go somewhere else with angry voice. He also said a lot things with raised voice and rude. He asked me to go back to vienamese shop to fix it. I don't understand why he is so angry. I said OK $100 is fine for me now. He still don't want to fix my car. He asked me to fix the problem from internet.

He said I insult his intelligence and it's not a simple job.

Well, I found another auto garage nearby. The guy checked car and came out with hammer and the other tool. He fixed the car within 5 min. I asked how much shall I pay you. He said $10 is good enough.

What a difference!

I don't know How he can do business with such a bad attitude.

Maybe he treat different people differently?
