Take those boots up the stairs at Le Germain Hotel for the hottest grub in town. Everyone wants a piece of Laurie these days. Luckily, she obliges with tasty tapas like Îles-de-la-Madeleine scallop ceviche or Abitibi caviar wrap and mains like caribou. The creativity of the chef was astounding! The textures, flavors and freshness was amazing. The wines paired seamlessly with every course.
Went for Lunch -- 30th wedding anniversary. Very good restaurant, great food, small portion but perfect, nice presentation and always take time to explain what's in your plate. Service was also perfect. We'll go back.
Merci d'avoir accomodé notre fille Katherine avec des pâtes alfredo et la barbe-à-papa, alors que ce n'était pas au menu. Comme toujours le repas et le service était excellent. Nous reviendrons sûrement lors de notre prochain séjour à Montréal.
