Awful Service

Made an appointment for a quote about three weeks ago with Randy. Not only did he not show up, but there was no phone saying what happened. Tried again recently and made an appointment for this morning at 8:30. At 8:45, I called his office and was told that he was in London buying parts for another job, and would sometime between 9:30 and 10 work instead. If I hadn't called, I'm sure there would have been another no show and phone call. If this how he treats new customer for a simple quote, I don't even want to know how his installations go. I will never deal with this company again!!!
