In my years of owning and renting condos both as a tenant and a landlord, I have experienced the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to property management companies. It's a tough job with demands coming from many directions and there is always too much to do and too many phone calls to answer. I get it, I really do. But there are a few companies that do a really really great job.
