fourth visit to repair their work and they no-show

Today should have been the fourth time this contractor and his team were to return to fix our home. After over 1 month of repeated visits to fix our leaking bathroom and moldy kitchen ceiling as result if the leak this morning I waited for 3 hours for them to come and fix it again and close the ceiling that has been left open for over a week. They did not call, leave a message or show up. Instead when I called to inquire where they were I waited 2 hours for a response of "Oh we called, but no one answered. We had an emergency that took precidence over YOUR home. So we have to reschedule again and you will again have to make arrangements to be here to let us in and leave your home all day so we can try to repair what we think we might be able to fix once again." Really? I have call display and voicemail and I was home, if they called I would have known about it. A simple message first thing would have been fine but they forgot and then lied about it. This group is incompetent and dishonest at best. Above is the photo of what our ceiling looks like as a result of thier work. My children living with this mold that has grown since their last visit was not enough of an emergency today to this family company.
