Weird sales tactics
March 15, 2011Went there to buy a car - wasn't sure if it should be used or new Honda CRV. Test drove a CRV, then after doing a lot more research, my wife and I returned a week later. We looked at a used vehicle (the one we wanted to look at had been taken out by one of the staff, and hadn't returned when we were there). Great service
January 02, 2011I usually don't write reviews but I loved the manner in which I was treated at Lakeshore Honda. The sales guy was honest and really knew what he was talking about but wasn't at all pushy. I was able to speak to a manager too and I left feeling really confident in my purchase. Even months after when I went in for my first service I was trwated like a new customer. Thanks!
