terrible customer service

this review should actually be no stars. we measured the distance between the post holes to be dug at 7 feet between, more than once! however when we checked after they were dug some are 6 feet. as well they were supposed to dig 3.5 - 4 feet down, but in checking that too, some holes were dug at 2.5 to 3 feet. that means over time my fence will fall over. i called them and after 4 weeks of telephone tag and them not returning calls finally got in touch with the owner. after telling him the problems his response was basically too bad. he blamed us for measuring incorrectly, (believe me we didn't. again i say we measured many times.) so we said what about the depth of the holes, as WE did not measure those. he then conceded that perhaps if the holes were dug at incorrect depths they MIGHT have done them a little wrong, BUT we were being to picky. we simply asked that he come over for a few minutes so that we could show him the problems. he refused. told us again we were being to picky and that he was to busy to talk to us.
