You're safer at a walk in...

I would like to say that I was PLEASANTLY surprised by the person who helped me this morning. She was absolutely wonderful.
Both times we have been to this office we have waited nearly 2 hours. And we needed to see a gastro specialist, but we never heard from them.
HOwEVER This is my second review and I would like to say that this is THE WORST office ever (aside from the nice person this morning)
If you have something wrong and need additional tests, booking said tests is imperative. Making sure that the person who needs these tests knows about them and what is entailed is EVEN MORE IMPORTANT. However we (my husband who needs the tests and myself) both called the office to find out what is going on and got a very rude "its in the mail"
Well I called today to see if I could find out who to talk to at the hospital cause we have not gotten anything in the mail, and the person I was talking to couldn't give me info (confidentiality stuff that's fine) but said that she could tell my husband EVERYTHING if he called.
OH REALLY? Cause the last time we called (BOTH OF US) we got "it's in the mail and you just have to wait"
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
