This place is run by a hooligan

The first aapointment I was met by an extra oridnary staff who was so polite and friendly and did and excellent job. Just as I finished my appoinment I was coming out and heard the manager shouting at the staff and the poor staff was so quiet and I felt so bad for her because I was waiting for her to finish her screaming at the staff so I can make another appoinment. I think the manager did not care if there was a client there or not. She also had a fight with one of the deal people. My next appoinment the same rude manager calls me 1/2 an hour before my appoinment and tells me the staff who was suppose to do on me will not be in and if I wanted I should come right now or make another appoinment. I agreed to leave right away. She told me to be there by 11am and I was there by 10.55am. Boy oh boy. She asked me if I had come through one of the deals and I said yes. She told me to come in and made me sit and in angry way she started putting some cold cream on me, that was fine but she tells me you know you have to give tips because it is very cheap and I said yes I know and I have told the staff who did the first time that I will give her all together. She got mad and told me NO you have to give everytime because you can't have the staff you want because you are through the deal. I told her it was you who was getting mad at your staff the first day I came and she had the guts to tell me that these staff are thieves and they steal from the office ant I thought wow!! how can she speak like that about her staff. She tells me it is very difficult to find staff and I told to myself, I wonder why. When she was done I told her wow! it took you only 2 mins to do the laser on both my half hands and her reply was that, well because you come through deals we do it fast. I came at 11.55am and with taking my file taking me in and putting gel and done it was 11.02 and she agreed it took 2 mins. When I came out, gave her $10 tip and got out and I said I will call for appoinment. I can't wait to finish my 4 session and get out. I thought that you give a good treatment so they would like to come back, but please, please read the reviews before you get anything from her. These deals are there so we can find out who does a better job so we can go the next time. When I told her the staff had done such a good job and she got defensive and she said oh! I am the manager, I know more than the staff do. I asked her what language were you talking with your staff when you were mad at her and she said Russian. As I said I have 4 more session and I would not go there again
