Poor after sale service - avoid at all cost

STAY AWAY!

Really poor after sales service.

I bought a pair of speaker from them. The owner even told me that people where coming back here because of the good service they give. Sight... Well this is sooo not true... I bought a pair of speaker... tried them at my place... was REALLY disappointed by the sound quality. Decided to bring them back for refund. The guy never wanted to listen and take them back. They were used when I bought them... so it was already an open box when I got it. The guy could have easily take them back, make me an happy customer and I would have purchase from that store and recommend it to my friends. No... he decided to see short term... make his quick money instead of having long term satisfaction of his clients...

I warning you... stay away ! I will tell my friend the same. I mean... speakers... you have to try them at home... the environment in which they are influence a lot... I learn my lesson... I wanted to encourage a small local shop... I will go somewhere else next time. I'm stuck with speaker I don't like...
