Cozy and close to Bishops University.

Motel is very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast once. It was basic but the coffee was weak so we went elsewhere for breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. Only one night there was a bus load of teenagers who partied all night next door to us and we got no sleep.
