"Get there early or late" caution regulars of this "pleasant neighbourhood boîte" in West End proffering "consistently satisfying" French and German specialties via "knowledgeable", "attentive" servers; "no reservations" often "means a wait" in the "tiny" 35-seat dining room, but "just like your favourite pair of worn-in boots", it's "comfy" and "makes you feel good."
Okay, here's my thing: I completely agree with everyone here. The food is spectacular. However, the area that it's situated in... It doesn't fit. You have several places within 4 blocks where you can leave downright full on 20-30$. We enjoyed the steak tartar with a succulent salad and lightly toasted crostini. The beer selections were well paired with the menu options. Patiently waiting our entrès from limited but rich menu.
