I stumbled upon KX because of it's proximity to my place. I wasn't looking for a huge box gym (mostly because I don't know how to work out), rather I was searching for a CrossFit like venue, where I would be instructed on what to do. Really poor experience here, despite the location and beautiful interior. The staff are quite pushy, and this is my main problem. I came in for a consultation, and immediately they tried to sell me food, pills, chiro, the whole 9-yards! Really great focus on overall health not just training. Staff will first guide you through the biggest challenge to most of us - nutrition, before you begin your training. You are really set up to succeed and get the most out of your time and effort. I highly recommend!
