the worst customer service
This company is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. They will not return phone calls or emails once you are signed up with them and provide no information on you property. They will charge you for services and advertising they never provide and hope that you don't notice. Watch out, do not use this company. I would never recommend them or their services. Check out the many other online negative reviews of this company. They are a bunch of amateurs who have no idea what is going on.
Obnoxious and Incompetent
Just terrible. Beware property owners.
We'd hoped that hiring these clowns would have reduced our stress level. They never returned our calls. They never returned the calls of people interested in our property. They never responded to e-mails. Their business office is a condo... where a bunch of young/ dumb adults were sitting around playing video games. They let criminals move into our house. They never bothered to collect last months rent from these criminals (who repeatedly threatened the neighbours). They let these people move in early (and didn't charge them rent) while our stuff was still in the house. They charged us for advertising that we didn't approve and couldn't provide proof that they did this advertising at all. They let people with dogs move in when we said "no pets." Those pets proceded to destroy the carpet and p@!s off everybody in the neighbourhood. They gave us attitude everytime we tried to complain.
The propeiters of this business should be in jail and not offering to dis-service to anybody! Set up a rentfaster account and rent it yourself! Trust me!
Landlords be aware
TERRIBLE SERVICE! The service was non-existent. They never return calls...that is if you can leave a message at all. The mailbox are always full and whenever you complain the phone just got hung up in your ear. The tennant broke the microwave door. Shamon was supposed to deduct such damage from the tennant's security deposit...needless to say he did absolutely nothing about it. He did not even reply to my calls or e-mails. They deducted $825.00 from my rent and refused to give me invoices from the service providers. I would never ever use them again.
