Ditto - Worst Service Ever
April 05, 2011I too received extremely poor service at this travel agency recently. The lady I spoke with did not have any people skills what so ever. Asking simple questions brought out her hostility. She actually even hung up the phone on me. I called her back and asked to speak with another person but she wouldn't let anyone else help me. Worst Service!!!!
October 21, 2010I was looking for a plane ticket for HKG to YYC and the one who answered the phone was soooo Rude!!! Why does a person call a travel agency for? Of course either you ask for prices and book a flight right????Is it so hard to be courteous when somebody inquire something their business is supposedly offering service at?I will never recommend anybody to this agency ever!!!
