I love Sushi...It is one of my favourite foods to munch on. I have eaten it at a lot of places so Im pretty good on picking up when its fresh and when its not...it was fresh and delicious!! A must try for anyone looking for japanese food!! Tapas Style!!! Sushi!!
I don't eat sushi but I do enjoy Japanese tapas. First time trying anything like this and I love the concept of sampling many dishes and sharing with friends.
Modern environment, not too busy and very affordable for the amount of food. I'm definitely coming again. Udon is particularly good, broth is very tasty.
The sushi was very good! especially the fresh "UNI"
Oysters from the East Coast on Friday's are a treat!
The service was good and food was very tasty!
However this was definitly not like the neon stools in the photos. Very quiet and calm atmosphere.
Nice for a quick pint and bite with a friend's company!
Will go back next time I'm in the mood for a treat!

Great service, creative menu but food failed to impress me. Chicken gizzard was hard like a stone, probably because it was microwaved. Red dragon roll was surprisingly long but the rice used to wrap was so sticky that it killed my appetite. The fried squid tentacles was good tho, and the monk fish liver could be better if they rid of the fishy smell
Food was mediocre (and I am being nice), service was alright and the atmosphere was awkward. Unless it's meant to be a fusion place, Kokoni (or any restaurant) should really stick to one... more
Amazing food- Green dragon rolls, white dragon, octopus puff balls are amazing. Corn croquettes, bacon wrapped yams, sushi pizza all very delicious. Haven't ever had a bad meal, and the wait staff was on point. Highly recommended
