Prompt efficient cheerful service
Whatever your plumbing and heating needs, Rudi and Andrea will take care of them promptly and efficiently. From service calls to a bathroom and kitchen renovation, they have done it all for us. There's is the only number my husband and I would call for anything related to plumbing and heating.
Kodiak does excellent bathroom renovations.
Kodiak renovated two of our bathrooms, one in 2004 and the second in 2008. Each renovation cost ~$25K, which we feel was reasonable for what we got. To start the project, Kodiak visited us, we gave them our requirements, they gave us ideas and suppliers, and then we and Kodiak worked out a plan over a period of a few weeks. After this, Kodiak managed the project, getting tradesmen, ordering supplies and scheduling the work. The renovations moved at a good pace, so we were able to use the bathrooms about 4 weeks after starting work. They were flexible enough to let me contribute unskilled labour where possible. In both projects, the work Kodiak supplied (plumbing and carpentry) plus the work they contracted (electrical, drywall, tiling, painting) was of very high quality, and we have had no significant problems. With the minor issues that always appear in a renovation (a leaky tap, a tight tap handle), they were quick to respond and fix the problem. When my wife and I hear horror stories about people who try to do bathroom renovations themselves (without having the skills), or act as their own project managers (without knowing who are the reliable local tradesmen), we always feel that we made the right choice with Kodiak.
Plumbing: Since we got to know Kodiak during the first bathroom renovation, we have always used them for plumbing jobs around the house. Put simply, they do solid reliable work every time.
Kodiak delivers well planned, high-quality renovations.
Always would choose Kodiak again. They are reliable, on time and for me was very important that there was no price increase during the renovations.

I always call Kodiak Plumbing and Heating for my repairs or when I need a new sink or toilet because they can usually be here within 24 hrs to help me out.
I like that it's a family run business. Rudi does good work and Andrea is very knowledgeable about the products and is very helpful with what would be the best choice for me in my home for example when I needed new sinks in my kitchen.
