Our room was infested with ants, earwigs, flies and roaches. The staff assured me that a maintenance staff would enter our room to spray. The following day, the problem had not been rectified, nor did they offer to move us to a different room. While traveling to the Falls on vacation I stayed with the Days Inn Welland. The service was fantastic and the price was by far better than you would get directly in the Falls. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the greatest so we didn't spend as much time outside as we had hoped. The pool and games room located on site were great to keep the kids entertained.
