Quality vs. Quantity

This shop is a manufacturer of kitchen cabinet doors and although they are able to produce a quality product and have some very good turn around times, sometimes it seems they are more concerned about the quantity that they manufacturer rather than the quality. The small staff are paid a lower average hourly wage and therefore depend on a quantity based bonus each month that is directly tied into their paychecks so the more doors they manufacture each month the higher the monthly bonus. The staff work incredibly hard and are ruled by a management that lacks any morals, integrity or honesty. If you compare prices for the same product from other suppliers you might find more competitive prices.
