Terrible Experience

I purchased a used outboard motor from KIT's INFLATABLES, the owner Craig Fraser told me that the engine was a a 1999 9.8hp 2 stroke in good running condition.
He also told me that he would find me the missing tiller arm. I took the motor to a local Mercury to get the tiller arm that he had gotten for me attached.
The mercury dealer called me a couple of days later to say that the engine was not a 9.8 but a 15hp with the wrong hood on it, that it was not a 1999 but in fact a 1993, that they could not get it to run and the tiller arm that Craig Fraser had arraigned for me would not fit and that it would be next to impossible to find the right one for it.

I took the engine back to Kits Inflatables on 4th av, but he was not in. I left the engine with one of his staff.
For two months I have been calling him to get my money back, he always has an excuse or is to busy.

Craig Fraser is a real piece of work, a liar and a cheat. Do NOT spend any money at this place.
