When coming here, it really pays to do your research ahead of time, some things are cheaper elsewhere and sometimes the build quality isn't so great especially for plastic kitchen gadgets. I purchased a mandoline set from this store. I used it once and realized how poorly it was made. Food could easily get stuck in a gap behind the blade and it was really difficult to clean.

I took it back for a refund so I could purchase one that didn't have that design flaw. The store manager refused to give me a full refund claiming that ALL of them have the same problem. Not knowing any... more
