Initial installation of the furnace and the tank-less HW heater was done on September 14th, 2012, however, the job hasn't been completed.
The total amount has been charged on our Visa.

The professionalism and competative quote won my business when I was looking to replace the ancient furnace and hot water tank sitting in my basement. Install was ok but a bit hairy. One of the two installers had to leave early so the other had to work late to make sure we were left with heat and hot water.
