After walking by Kirin for years it was time to try it. We ordered Dim Sum, XO Dumplings, Live Prawns and Hot and Sour Soup. Everything was very good. One of the nicest Bathrooms in Vancouver as an added plus.

Sunday dimsum! Positive: Hot, fresh, yummy food, clean, nice decor. finish meal with hot towels (: nice touch!Negative: service was ok, we asked for hot sauce 5x, it was 11am was not busy we expectd better service. Selection of dimsum wasnt that great. 3 regular dimsum items they didnt haveTips: make reso, go early esp weeknds

I came here in a hunt to find good dim sum near the Waterfront in Vancouver. As I poked my head in I was a bit scared; you can't see any tables from the front door, and the restaurant itself is in the middle of an office building.
