I've been here twice now to get custom orthotics. After my first time in late 2007 they didn't keep my records on file so when I returned in early 2014 I had to have another scan of my feet (instead of the old sand foot mold).

After that I looked at a pair of shoes and the sales lady didn't know anything about them. Could really tell me if they where orthotic shoes or not.

Disclaimer about my self: I am in no way in shape, or athletic. I do however enjoy cardio classes and going to the gym.
