I've been taking my dry cleaning to Wayne for the past 6 months now, and I have to say that he and his team are really wonderful. Depending on the season, I don't necessarily go to the dry cleaners all that often - sometimes as infrequently as once a month. Wayne remembered me very early on, even after he hadn't seen me for several weeks, and always greets me by name.
