I have visited around 15-20 spa's in GTA area and I must say Richard is by far the most professional spa owner I have ever met. I read certain reviews about this place and didn't believe them, but most of them were right and Richard is a gem of a person. He even offers coffee and a sauna with a lounge where you can watch TV.
