Dirty!
Not only was it my first time there, it was my friends and will not return. After speaking with another mother (also first timer) we packed our stuff and left. It was awful. The lady working seemed rude. Our kids use there hands to get up the play stairs and they were filthy!!! It looked like they werent cleaned in months, not weeks! My friends kids socks were dirty (mine wore indoor shoes). Compared to other places, this was not a clean enviroment
This place is getting worse every time we go there!
Just went there this week and don't know what happened but the place is getting ghetto! Tables were dirty. No staff ever came to clean or wipe them. Kids play equipment was dirty, ripped, broken, dusty! Things that were broken was just duct taped up or cushions removed completely so that kids were crawling on exposed top of screws. Ball pit is lacking in balls. They really need to upkeep this place. Used to love bringing the kids here but it's getting too nasty. One staff the whole time we were there so had to wait to check in, wait to get snacks. Plus there's no room to hang your coats.
