Not just any dealer
Pual the service manager and Al the forman are rare examples of individuals with tremondous integrity.
I've been dealing with and referring several people since I first purchased 2 cars in 2004. Referals generally have had an excellent experience and in many cases they have been pleasantly surprised. On the rare occasion when there was an issue, the management team truly worked h@!%!*n resolving any concern.

Our first new vehicle was purchased from the west Edmonton KIA in 2001!
We we're so impressed with the service and product that, we've kept going back with our always changing family needs!
We've just purchased our 5th and 6th vehicle from this dealership and as with every transaction, the experience has been excellent!!
My second family at Kia
I had a car mishap last year and needed a new car. I went to 7 dealers and no one listened to my needs.I was skeptical after a good friend insisted I give Kia and west Kia a chance as he had 2 Kia's himself and insisted they were good cars. I finally broke down and went to Kia west, as soon as I walk through the doors I felt like family. From the sales person (Scott), Manager (Kris) and owner (Larry) I felt at ease, they listened to what I needed worked the best deal and finance and threw a few extras that I had to fight for and never did get at the other dealers. I should also mention (Rory) In service as he is always there for me if I need him with quick action. I am proud to say that I just bought another Kia for my wife and am now a 2 Kia car owner. Thanks again to all of you at Kia west Edmonton.
