Had a great vist to the Douglas St. KFC. The building could use some upgrading and some paint but the service was very good. Our food was hot and the guy at the counter was very friendly.

Waited in line for 15 minutes, no staff came to the till to take my order, they all stood in the back talking to each other. They are all overweight, parking lot had garbage all over the place. NEVER go to that KFC, EVER!

Poor! twice now in the past month or so on a Sunday I have gone and first time the store was closed until 4 due to staff shortage's and yesterday the 2cnd of Dec the drive thru was closed due to staff shortages and my fries were cold! i will have to look for a new sunday dinner option.
