Great Bagles - Awful Service
I used to go to Kettleman's when my kids were little and I always remembered how nice the staff was. The kids used to love to sit and watch the bakers, it was a fun outing every time we went to get the bagels.
I bought a Groupon for this looking forward to going back. I do not want to go back now.
The man that served me was rude and seemed very put out by the fact that I had a Groupon. Why does Kettleman's offer them if they don't want people to use them? I ordered Blueberry Bagels and Onion Bagels. He put the 6 Blueberry in the bag and went to put the onion in the same bag. When I asked for separate bags (I never had to ask in the past to separate such different flavours) he threw the bag down.
I wish I had only bought one of the Groupons. I have a second one to use but had such a negative experience I do not want to go back.
Great presentation and very, very tasty!
I had the pleasure of attending the recent PCBA event at the Shenkman Centre in Orleans. The buffet was supplied by Kettleman's and was outstanding. Don't think just bagels, think sushi, cheese platters and desserts to die for! Very impressive quality and presentation and very knowledgeable servers.
Great place to eat
I enjoyed the bagels benedict. They also have the best BLT around. Great coffee too...
