Customer Service? What's that?
For such an overpriced Dry Cleaners, they don't know a thing about Service. These guys are apathetic and brag about their high end clients but treat their walk-in clients like c@!p. AVOID.

KERRISDALE CLEANERS - SERVICE IS <span class="curse">C@!P</span>
These clowns don't know a thing about customer service. I took my jacket there to dry clean, and it came back with stains on it, which I showed them and they denied. They did not apologize, and do not seem to care about our business. Maybe its because they are so big and are turning into Walmart... unfortunately their prices are higher than everyone else.

MIXED RESULTS
I have been going to Kerridale Dry Cleaners for about a year and a half and have had mixed results. Has been reliable in past. However, recently have had issues with stitching being broken, buttons missing/broken, holes in fabric.
