The CEO of the company, Luanne was quite rude to myself and some guests that we had with us. We were inquiring about the library and why the nice little thrift store inside was shut down. We were told to stop our complaining and the stuff being sold was "of no value, and smelled funny". we were appauled. She should really be ashamed of herself.
