My Favorite Shoe Store
I have been buying my shoes from Kennell's for over 20 years. I don't even bother to look at shoes in Vancouver. Excellent selection and excellent service. I love the store!
Shoe Store with Memories
I don't think Kennells Shoes has changed in the past 50 years. Same owners albeit retired and passed on to a younger generation to carry it on. This is a specialty shoe store where you can still order in shoes. I have an extra wide foot so I cant shop anywhere else. I have to be prepared to pay more but I find they are within reason. Excellent customer service, its one on one and they pamper you, in fact they still sit down on the stool and put the shoe on your foot! Perfect score for the customer service!
