Good food and service
I went to Kelsey’s for dinner and was quite happy with the service and the food. Going right at dinner time on a weekend meant that there was a bit of a wait, but the service was still efficient and considerably quick. The waitress was very obliging and very helpful in terms of helping our party find out nutritional information about the menu items and helping to accommodate dietary needs. Overall, the food was good and reasonably priced. Because of the layout of the restaurant, though, it can get quite loud, especially at really busy times.

What a noisy place

What a change for the worse. We used to be regular customers at Kelsey's. This place has the music so loud you have a hard time hearing yourself.
After we sat down and had a hard time to hear the waitress - we walked back out and will never return.
This reminds of Jack Astor's which we only visited once.

Changes to menu not necessary

New Menu does not have much selection.
Fish and chips were bland and nachos are not very good.
All the waitresses had long hair and not one had it tied back.
Should be mandatory working with all that food.
We used to go all the time but won't be going back anytime soon.

been a long time regular,twice a week visitor.
they are having a change of direction....its called going south !!
while the burger and salad we had was good,the atmoshphere is horrible,service was just better than poor and the girl that served us seemed more occupied with the staff drinking at the bar at the end of their shift (not cool)...
