Simply amazing level of service and attention to detail
I cannot even begin to say how much I am impressed with the amazing installation job Heinz at KeepSafe systems did in my house.
I previously had another home wired for an alarm and was convinced I would not do that again. I guess there is a difference between companies. Since every other alarm company told me my house alarm had to be wireless, I was convinced to go that way. After reading their website (www.keepsafesystems.ca) and talking to the owner, I decided to give Keepsafe systems a chance.
Boy did they deliver. All the wires are hidden, sure there were some small holes, but heinz ensured they were patched properly and he even got a colour match paint and did not charge me any extra for all the work he did. They did take a little longer than expected, but the price did not change and I very happy with the extra time they took to make sure the job was done right. I have never seen this level of customer service before.
Next I think I will get Keepsafe to install a Mobotix surveillance camera for me.

I was broken into and did not know where to go. I talked to a few of the big companies and a friend told me about heinz at keepsafe systems. I am glad he did, the level of service was and continues to be beyond amazing. I would highly recommend keepsafe systems. A simple read through their website show they know alarms.
Normally I don't do these things but I lost his card and searched for the number and came across this. The number listed was wrong it is 604-874-8772 and the website is keepsafesystems.ca.
