Excellent service
June 21, 2010We have an old golden retriever who really doesn't think he's a dog and isn't very fond of groomers. While he's reluctant to go to any groomer I feel very comfortable leaving him at Karen's. She and her staff treat him with such kindness and caring I know he's well looked after. He comes home with a skip in his step and he appears to act as though he's 5 years younger!

May 05, 2010Except no one tells you that when you book your appointment. If you happen to make the mistake of suggesting that they might informed you of that fact when you booked the appointment, an overweight d@!e, with bad skin will scream at you, pointing to a small sign in the corner of a dimly lit room, "YOU WERE INFORMED!" as bits of whatever was in her mouth drops out on the floor. March 08, 2009For the first few cuts I took my puppy to a groomer located in a very 'tony' spot, but was not happy with the cut, and wasn't particularly happy with the way the groomer handled him. Karen's was highly recommended by an acquaintance and I've been bringing him there ever since. Fifteen months later - he loves the groomer, looks fantastic, and comes out with tail wagging.
