Customer service is not their strong suit. I just dropped 1600 for new tires and an alignment. The young man at the counter was borderline rude at best seriously disinterested. If you are looking for answerers or have questions pass this store by.

If the tires I needed were readily available ANYWHERE else I would have taken my business elsewhere.

I won't be returning ever.

I was on vacation from the US but got a flat before boarding the ferry. So I dropped by the next day to get my tire fixed. I left the tire (driving on an emergency mini "spare") and picked it up that afternoon. They repaired the tire and mounted it. The best part is it was free! I guess that's to attract people so they can sell tires, but it was still a wonderful gesture.

A million thanks to the management and staff of Douglas St. Kal-Tire! Found a leak at the valve stem of a tire on the car. This is not a good thing.

It's a simple repair, but it's Saturday and close to 5pm. Since my gig is delivery, I can't afford to let this slide.
