More Training required

Employee ruined tire with too much air. New tire was purchased. While waiting, a huge bang was heard. Employee again put in too much air, this time blowing the tire and ruining the rims.

They returned my money but should have replaced my rims. The front desk employee said that with the money, I can buy a kit at Canadian Tire (YOU CAN'T). Their excuses were pretty lame. The employee in question should be reprimanded and sent back to school. He could have caused a serious accident by his/her incompetence.

Please help your staff by providing proper training. Perhaps Facebook and/or Twitter might force you to take safety in the workplace seriously.
