Vancouvers Best Toy Store ~ Kaboodles!
Our family loves Kaboodles! We visit the store every time we're in Vancouver and find it has the best selection of toys! The staff are super helpful and always have great recommendations. We always stock up on party supplies and cards too. The kids and mom always leave happy!

Terrible Customer Service
Bought a $28 hat for my son and they told me I could bring it back if he didn't like it. Took it home, he said he liked it so I took the tag off. Next morning he decided he didn't want to wear it (too uncool) and so I put it in the bag and went to the store with receipt in hand. They told me I could NOT exchange it without the freakin tag!!! The manager was rude, dismissive and didn't take into consideration what was said to me the day before! I will NEVER shop there again.

Terrible customer service
November 22, 2010I wouldn't even give this store 1/2 star. The customer service is terrible, no value is placed on people in the community that have supported and shopped at this location for over 10 years. I was given completely inaccurate information by one of their clerks. I purchased a $28.99 hat for my son and was told that if he didn't like it I could return it.
