The business idea was born long time ago, but was finally delivered into reality after An Ipsos Reid's survey, conducted in 2008 on behalf of leading grocery retailer Metro Inc, Montreal, QC, which found that 55% of Ontarians don't have enough time to prepare healthy meals at home.

Kabab Grill on the corner of Bay and Gerrard serves an impressive array of affordable Lebanese dishes including roasted and grilled meats, freshly baked bread and some surprisingly good pizza. This six-week old fast-food style restaurant used to be a Java Joe's Coffee Shop and was briefly a Tower Burger joint before it went deadpool. November 23, 2012My wife and I eat Paleo, so it's not always easy to find something to eat on the way to a movie. KG's manager happily explained all the menu items and arranged a substitution so we'd get the least stuff we shouldn't eat. Beef and chicken were tender and delicious. September 30, 2012As Toronto's newest foodie, I had sky-high expectations. What started out as an agreeable meal turned into a dry and unsavoury experience. The mixed shawarma I tried to muck down was nowhere near as tasty as treat as those available at Falafel Queen. This restaurant does not have the ginger stamp of approval.
